M&A and reorganization, including restructuring and reorganization (structure and process design), due diligence, asset transfers, consolidation and division, dissolution and liquidation, and drafting and negotiation of agreements;
Foreign direct investment, including establishment of foreign-invested enterprises by way of investment or M&A, equity or asset restructuring, liquidation and deregistration of foreign-invested enterprises, and other foreign exchange issues related to foreign direct investment;
Private equity investment, including deal structuring, due diligence, contract negotiation, and equity transfers and divestments;
Overseas investment, including forming overseas investment vehicles, securing approval and registration of overseas investments, acquisition or sale of equity interests or assets of overseas enterprises, coordinating with and managing other advisors in due diligence, and drafting and negotiation of transaction documents;
Corporate compliance, including conducting compliance investigations, formulating policies and providing training on anti-bribery, anti-unfair competition and antitrust, and appointing specialists and creating reporting channels for corporate compliance;
Privacy and protection of personal information, including formulating privacy and data protection policies, drafting information protection agreements and advising on information collection, transmission and usage;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating all types of business contracts, and drafting and reviewing corporate governance policies, rules and other related legal instruments;
Advising clients on legal issues related to daily operations and management of enterprises.
