Warren is the Managing Partner of JunHe. He joined the firm in 2012 and his prior legal experience includes five years of litigation and commercial practice in banking and finance with local law firms in Beijing and Jiangsu Province, and twelve years of commercial practice in FDI, M&A, infrastructure and project finance with two renowned international firms in Beijing, Hong Kong and Guangzhou respectively.
During his nearly 30 years of international and local practice, Warren represented leading multinational companies in their Greenfield investments, project finance and complex M&A deals in China. He has an outstanding and probably one of the best track records in the area of foreign strategic investment in Chinese A-share listed companies and related restructurings. He also assisted large state-owned enterprises in carrying out outbound investment and financing activities. He has extensive experience in a wide range of industries such as water, transport, mining, automotive, banking, construction and consumer goods. He has been listed by Chambers as one of the leading corporate M&A and banking & finance lawyers in China for many years, and was awarded "Managing Partner of the Year" by ALB in 2022 and "Innovative Leaders" by Financial Times in 2023.
