Foreign direct investment, including establishment of foreign-invested enterprises by way of investment or M&A, equity or asset restructuring, liquidation and deregistration of foreign-invested enterprises, foreign debt and other foreign exchange issues related to foreign direct investment;
Private equity investment, including deal structuring, due diligence, contract negotiation, and equity transfers and divestments;
M&A and reorganization, including restructuring and reorganization (structure and process design), due diligence, asset transfers, consolidation and division, and dissolution and liquidation;
