Mr. Shi joined JunHe in 2004 and practices out of our Beijing office. His practice mainly focuses on corporate and commercial law, including international and domestic investment, M&A, reorganization, corporate compliance and antitrust. He has also gained extensive experience in mineral resources, agricultural food, rail transit, retail, electronic commerce and PE investment.

Mr. Shi services many prestigious domestic and foreign companies, investment institutions, banks and financial institutions, covering a wide range of legal business such as domestic and foreign investment, financing, securities listing, M&A, corporate compliance and antitrust. Mr. Shi represents his clients in project structure design, equity or asset acquisition, corporate reorganization, overseas funding and listing, assisting in negotiations of many significant transactions, as well as drafting and implementing legal documents. Mr. Shi is a member on the editorial board of JunHe Renwen.

Mr. Shi also holds the following positions:

• He is a representative of the 10th General Meeting of the Beijing Lawyers Association, and serves as the deputy-director of the Foreign Affairs Commission for the Beijing Lawyers Association;

• He has been a representative of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd General Meeting of the Lawyers Association of the Dongcheng District, and once served as deputy-director of the Publicity Community and Youth Working Community of the Lawyers Association of the Dongcheng District;

• He is a council member of the Dongcheng Non-Party Intellectuals Association, and a council member of the 1st  New Social Stratum Personage Association;

• He is a member of the 11th Beijing Youth Federation;

• He is a Jurisdiction Council Member At-Large in the Inter-Pacific Bar Association;

• He is a member of the Board of Directors of Multilaw and the Chancellor of Multilaw Academy;

• He is a lecturer at the China University of Geosciences for Advanced Mining Investment Class;

• He is one of the “Best 10 Young Lawyers of Beijing” (2009-2011) granted by the Beijing Lawyers Association.
