Ms. Xin Huang joined JunHe’s Beijing office in 2012. She has provided legal services to many large Japanese corporations and well-known manufacturing enterprises in their business operations and investment projects in China. 

In her capacity as an expert in Japan-related business, Ms. Huang was dispatched by JunHe to work for the legal department of a large corporation in Japan for two years and accumulated rich practical experience there.

Ms. Huang has extensive experience in complicated foreign direct investments, M&As and restructuring, divestments and liquidation, and corporate compliance. Her practice areas cover industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, manufacturing, automobiles, international trade, financial services and IT. With her rich experience in cross-border transactions, Ms. Huang has played an active role in the expansion of many Chinese companies in their Japanese investment projects and other international business.
