This ultimately enabled the client to exercise the right to meet the regulatory requirements. In a joint venture cooperation between a foreign-funded metal processing enterprise and a domestic listed company, Mr. Cao coordinated the design of multiple transaction structures including the equity subscription, asset acquisition and management services.
