Mr. Zhao began his law practice in 1993 and joined JunHe in 2001. He currently works at JunHe’s Shanghai office.
Mr. Zhao focuses his practice on dispute resolution, corporate compliance, non-performing assets disposal, bankruptcy and corporate reorganization. With vast experience recognized by the market, he provides excellent legal services to corporate clients including many multinationals and large enterprises.
Mr. Zhao has spent over twenty years in litigation and arbitration practice, specializing in lawsuits, arbitrations and negotiations regarding business contract disputes, corporate shareholding and investment disputes. His remarkable experience in dispute resolution has been assisting clients in gaining great advantages and reaching positive resolutions in both legal proceedings and settlement negotiations.
Mr. Zhao is also an expert in corporate compliance, especially for health care and automobile businesses. He has experience in compliance policy, policy review and internal investigations as well as representing clients in administrative investigation in China.
Mr. Zhao is one of the leading partners of JunHe’s bankruptcy team, and has successfully served as a court appointed administrator in over thirty bankruptcy cases, fully in charge of insolvency and compulsory liquidation tasks. In addition, he also provides legal services in debt reconstruction and non-performing assets disposal, successfully assisting corporate clients in overcoming their financial challenges.
