SU, Rina Counsel

Professional Experience

Ms. Rina Su is a counsel at JunHe’s Beijing office. Before joining JunHe in 2018, she worked at Standard Chartered Bank. Ms. Su specializes in cross-border banking financing, project financing, M&A financing and trade financing.


Ms. Su’s major clients in banking and finance include large state-owned and private banks such as Bank of China, China Development Bank, Export-Import Bank of China, China Minsheng Bank and China Merchants Bank. She also has foreign bank clients  such as HSBC, United Overseas Bank, ABN AMRO and Barclays Bank and non-banking financial institutions such as the finance companies of enterprise groups and financial asset investment companies. Additional clients include non-financial institutions such as China Merchants Group and its various subsidiaries. Ms. Su has extensive experience in in syndicate loans, project financing, M&A financing, trade financing (including factoring financing, letters of guarantee, and letters of credit) and derivatives.
