Ms. Zi Li has extensive experience in banking and finance, private equity investments, financial institution supervision and compliance, and mergers and acquisitions. She has represented leading domestic and international private equity funds, including Blackstone, Goldman Sachs, Carlyle, KKR, PAG, IDG,  Hillhouse and other multinational corporations. Ms. Li provides comprehensive legal services encompassing equity and debt financing solutions for cross-border M&A and private equity investment transactions. She delivers banking and financial legal services to prominent international and domestic financial institutions covering industries such as real estate, financial and quasi-financial services, energy, fintech, TMT, data network security, retail and consumer goods.

Representative transactions led by Ms. Li include the acquisition financing deal for Wanda Group's trade sale of its property management business, the acquisition financing deal for the trade sale of Yingde Gas and the property financings of KKR Group's logistics warehouse platform. She also led the refinancing deals for Blackstone Group's onshore properties, the acquisition financing deal for PAG’s acquisition of StarX Cinema, and multiple domestic private equity investments and investment exits in the PRC for Goldman Sachs and Carlyle Group, respectively.

Ms. Li was seconded to a leading international private equity fund and a multinational corporation, where she provided comprehensive legal services encompassing various equity and debt financing transactions, as well as ongoing regulatory compliance and day-to-day advisory matters.
