Mr. Chen Yang practices in the areas of antitrust and competition law. 

He has handled many high-profile and complicated merger filings, such as AbbVie’s acquisition of Allergan, GSK’s acquisition of Pfizer’s consumer healthcare business，and the merger between FCA and PSA. He also assists clients in coordinating multi-jurisdictional filing assessments. 

Mr. Yang has participated in various antitrust investigations and compliance programs, including advising clients to defend antitrust investigations, applying for leniency or settlement, assisting clients in conducting internal compliance reviews and providing professional advice regarding antitrust legal issues. He has participated in antitrust litigation involving abuse of market dominance, abuse of SEP, and RPM and assisted multinational companies in assessing national security review filings. 

Mr. Yang has assisted clients from a wide range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, automobiles & parts, petrol chemicals, energy & resources, consumer products, semi-conductors, manufacturing, internet, financing & insurance, airline, shipping, telecom, real estate and PE.
