LIU, Jin Partner

Professional Experience

Mr. Liu started his practice from 2010. He was a lawyer at King & Wood Mallesons and a senior associate at Jun He.  He worked as a partner in Global Law Office (Shenzhen) since 2018.  After that, Mr. Liu rejoined JunHe Shenzhen office in 2021.


Mr. Liu specializes in areas of banking and finance, trust and assets management, general corporate, M&A, private equity funds and foreign direct investment.  He has extensive experiences in banking and finance deals, including bilateral and syndication loans, trade finance, project finance, debt restructuring, setting up financial institutions, compliance, financial leasing, trust and assets management.  Besides, Mr. Liu has advised many domestic and foreign clients in various M&A, assets acquisition, fund investment, assets reorganization of listed company, public-private partnership, and other projects/transactions.


Mr. Liu has been ranked as “Recommended Lawyer” in the banking & finance area by Legal 500 in 2019.
