Professional Experience

Mr. Guo joined JunHe in 2007 and is based at its Beijing headquarters. Prior to joining JunHe, Mr. Guo worked in a boutique law firm focusing on telecoms, Internet and technology industries.


Mr. Guo specializes in the areas of foreign investment, corporate and M&A, private equity/venture capital, outbound investment and banking and finance. Mr. Guo has extensive experience in the technology, Internet, telecom, education, media, games, clean Technology, healthcare and life science industries as well as in the areas of, consumer and retail, banking and finance, energy/natural resources and real estate.


Mr. Guo’s clients include global private equity and venture capital firms, sovereign wealth funds, government industry funds and multinational corporations in the telecom, Internet and technology sectors and their investment funds and platforms. He has experience in multinational corporations involved in the energy/natural resources and real estate sectors and their investment funds, as well as financial institutions and their investment/holding platforms. His clients have been listed companies as well as emerging growth companies.
