JunHe Welcomes Ms. Chen Xiaofei

JunHe sincerely welcomes Sophie Chen (Xiaofei). Ms. Chen advises primarily on corporate and M&A, capital market (IPO and material asset restructuring), infrastructure, dispute resolution and intellectual property.


Ms. Chen is qualified to practice law in the PRC, HKSAR China and Australia. Ms. Chen has over 25 years of experience in China and Australia. Prior to joining JunHe, she worked for over 10 years as a partner at top tier law firms Gilbert + Tobin and MinterEllison, Sydney office Australia.


Ms. Chen graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Laws and then earned a Bachelor of Laws with Honors and a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales and the University of Sydney, Australia, respectively.


Ms. Chen specializes in advising large Chinese companies on the acquisitions and mergers of listed and unlisted companies, financing and REITs, joint ventures, corporate governance and dispute resolution.  Her extensive professional background has contributed to her expertise and practical experience in a wide range of sectors including mining, energy resources, infrastructure, financial services, agriculture, dairy, healthcare/education, childcare, transportation and real estate.



The addition of Ms. Chen to our team will further enhance JunHe’s capabilities in the relevant areas, ultimately benefitting our valued clients in these areas.
