On September 22, 2025, Asian Legal Business (ALB) released its China M&A Rankings. JunHe was ranked as a Tier 1 firm for the 14th consecutive time, owing to our insight and outstanding legal practice in the Chinese market. We have participated in many noteworthy mergers and acquisitions in recent years, from foreign investment entering China and state-owned enterprise reform to industrial upgrading, and have a profound understanding of the core challenges companies face in different periods. It is this practical experience that enables us to provide forward-looking, professional legal solutions for our clients' complex and ever-changing M&A needs.

In a rapidly changing business world, JunHe has provided legal counsel on a series of complex transactions that span diverse industries across different stages of the industrial cycle. These include DCP Capital's acquisition of Sun Art Retail, which was a landmark case in the evolution of the retail sector and won the 2025 ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 'M&A Deal of the Year'. We also worked on the equity sale of Yingde Gases, which brought new changes to the industrial gases field, as well as the strategic equity transfer of Shanghai RAAS, which promoted localization in the foreign blood products sector. We provided legal counsel for the major acquisition of Wanda Commercial Management by a large consortium, reshaping the management landscape of the commercial real estate sector and JCET's acquisition of the controlling equity in STATS ChipPAC, which aided the further deepening of the semiconductor industry chain layout. Another transaction we provided advice on was GAC Group's strategic investment in Didi Autonomous Driving, echoing the trend of industry integration in smart cars. JunHe provided legal counsel for Advent International's investment in Sake Pet Products, responding to the upgraded needs of the pet economy, and the privatization of Hollysys in the U.S. stock market, showcasing the reach of Chinese enterprises in global capital layout. Each of these transactions shows JunHe's synergy with the evolving Chinese economy.
