Ms. Yuki Chan focuses on Hong Kong capital market related work. She has extensive experience in overseeing Hong Kong law related matters and providing pragmatic legal solutions to her clients. Ms. Chan provides ongoing listing compliance consultations for Hong Kong-listed issuers across many industries, including medical and healthcare services, biotech, TMT, finance, manufacturing, education and consumer services, and she also has been involved in various large-scale merger and acquisition projects. Besides her expertise in Hong Kong IPOs, Ms. Chan also has experience in debt capital markets. She has represented various Chinese and international corporations and banks in their issuance of US dollars, Euro and Sterling pound denominated bonds in Hong Kong and Europe, some of which have won the IFLR Europe High Yield Deal of the Year award.

Ms. SHI, Libin is an expert in corporate and securities law. Mr. WANG, Weiwei has been active in the field of investment funds and private equity investments.
