On January 18, 2023, the Asian Law Journal (ALB) announced its 2023 ALB China regional rankings.  JunHe was recognized as a top 15 Circum-Bohai Sea Area Firm, and JunHe partner ZHANG, Xiangbin was listed as a top 15 Circum-Bohai Sea Area Rising Lawyers. 

ALB China’s Regional Ranking in the Circum-Bohai Sea Area is now in its second year.  It centers on law firms headquartered in the Circum-Bohai Sea Area (i.e., Liaoning Province, Hebei Province, Tianjin City and Shandong Province), or law firms and foreign firms with branches/offices in the Circum-Bohai Sea Area yet headquartered in other provinces.

Partner ZHANG, Xiangbin joined JunHe in 2008 and is now based in the Dalian office.  Mr. Zhang has more than a decade of experience in the areas of dispute resolution, labor law, corporate and M&A.  He has extensive experience in handling various types of litigation and arbitration cases, covering international trade, real estate, finance, product liability, investment and financing, equity disputes, and administrative cases.  Mr. Zhang also has a wealth of experience in the field of labor law, including legal advice and providing services from recruitment to dismissal of all relevant aspects, as well as drafting labor contracts, formulating labor regulations and handling labor disputes.  He is adept at assisting clients with handling emergencies (including but not limited to strikes), collective labor disputes, negotiating with labor unions on behalf of companies, collective bargaining and other difficult and complex labor law affairs.  During his career, Mr. Zhang has provided perennial legal consultancy services to several Fortune 500 companies in China and has been responsible for many domestic equity and asset acquisitions on behalf of numerous acquirers.  Making the ALB 2023 list of the top 15 Circum-Bohai Sea Area Rising Lawyers is a proud moment in his stellar career.
