The team has advised several leading global multinationals in the energy, technology and retail sectors and provided legal services for their China operations, in areas such as data classification and grading, and the localisation of China sales terms. The team has also been involved in high-value transactions and provided specialised data-compliance legal services for the H-share listing of Victory Giant Technology, the NASDAQ listing of Ascentage Pharma, and the Hong Kong listing of Vigonvita Life Sciences. In outbound data transfers, the team has provided compliance support for the launch of a smart-technology products in more than ten countries and designed a comprehensive filing strategy for the outbound transfer of clinical-trial data by a leading pharmaceutical company.
