Ms. Yang Yan has extensive experience in capital markets and banking and finance, with a focus on offshore debt capital markets and cross-border investment and financing. She has led benchmark projects in offshore bond issuances.  

Ms. Yang has participated in over 100 offshore bond transactions, serving clients ranging from central and local state-owned enterprises to private enterprises. She is well-versed in bond products and transaction structures and has led or participated in several landmark transactions, including the first Yulan Bond in the securities industry, the first county-level corporate Yulan Bond, and China's first local government offshore bond. Ms. Yang is also experienced in the establishment, updating and issuance of medium-term notes (MTN) and has provided legal services to financial institutions such as Guotai Junan, China Securities, BOCOM Leasing and CCB Financial Leasing.  

Ms. Yang also has substantial experience in syndicated loan financing, structured finance derivatives, and financial compliance. She has assisted a number of investment institutions and domestic and overseas listed companies with syndicated loans and leveraged financing projects.  

Prior to joining JunHe, Ms. Yang practiced for several years at a leading international law firm in their Hong Kong and Shanghai offices, focusing on capital markets and banking and finance.
