Professional Experience

Mr. Ni Aitan began his legal practice in 2015 and joined JunHe in 2018. Before joining JunHe, Mr. Ni was an attorney at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Shenzhen.


Mr. Ni specializes in Capital Markets and has extensive experience in Corporate M&As and Private Equity/Venture Capital. He has represented clients in cross-border and domestic listings and transactional matters involving the acquisition of listed companies, private placements, major asset restructurings, debt offerings and asset securitization (ABS). His project experience spans industries including high-end equipment manufacturing, biotechnology, internet gaming, electric power, environmental protection, consumer products and property management.


Mr. Ni’s representative engagements include:

Anjoy Foods' A-share IPO; EVE Energy's H-share IPO (as an A-share listed company); Languang Justbon's H-share IPO; Guangdong Hongda's acquisition of control in Xuefeng Technology (a takeover of one A-share listed company by another); A large state-owned enterprise's acquisition of a controlling stake in a leading property management company; China BlueChemical's H-share full circulation.
