Since joining JunHe in 2015, Ms. Zhou has specialized in corporate restructuring, domestic and overseas listings, private equity and venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions and fund formation. Her industry experience spans sectors such as pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, new energy, automotive, photovoltaic, internet, education, real estate, media and entertainment, liquor, chemicals, banking, insurance, agriculture, manufacturing, exhibitions and retail.

Ms. Zhou has advised on transactions including the STAR Market listing of Amlogic (688099.SH), the Main Board listing of MEDBOT-B (02252.HK) on the SEHK and the Main Board listing of JF SMARTINVEST (09636.HK) on the SEHK. She advised on the acquisition of a portfolio of subsidiaries of Greenland Group (600606.SH) by GREENLAND HK (00337.HK), the acquisition of Aokang Pharmaceutical by PAG and the acquisition of STARTER by New Dynamics. Ms. Zhou advised IDG on its investments in E-Town Semiconductor, Creative Biosciences, and Sound solutions International, and BA Capital's investments in POP MART, HEYTEA, UR, and Jiangxiaobai. She advised on the investments in Powersite and SunYear by Realpower Capital and the investment in JLSemi by SAIC Motor. Ms. Zhou also advised on Shiyu Capital's investment in CARsgen Therapeutics as well as advising companies including Calterah, Briohealth Solutions and HRYZ Bio, on their financing transactions across multiple rounds. She has experience in the formation of multiple private fund managers and their private investment funds.
