Mr.   Du Ruoyi (Roy) specializes in capital markets, PE/VC investment, debt,   restructuring and IPOs. He has expertise in onshore and offshore capital   markets and has recently assisted General Healthy, UCloud, CIG Tech, Geek+,   Marketingforce, Weimob, Cootek, Pujiang International, Xinyi Energy and Atour   in their IPOs.

Mr.   Du has led large-scale and complex domestic and cross-border M&A and   restructuring projects, representing either the buyer's side or the seller's   side. These have involved listed and private companies across industries   including intelligent manufacturing, high technology, internet, biomedicine,   healthcare, logistics and consumer goods.

Mr.   Du also has experience in private equity and venture capital investment and   has  represented Warburg Pincus, Advent   International, CITIC Capital, MBK, CPPIB, Cathay Capital, Qiming, Sequoia,   Cornell Capital, CDH, HLC, Fengshion, VKC Capital, Yuansheng BioVenture and   Biotrack Capital.

Mr.   Du has experience in both domestic and international bond issuances. He also provides legal services regarding   overseas investment, business expansion abroad, foreign direct investment,   share incentive plans, corporate governance and compliance to many leading   enterprises.
