Ms. Chen Sijia has built a long and distinguished career in adjudication within the national judicial system. She was one of the first judges to be appointed after the establishment of the Beijing Internet Court and has been heavily involved in the internet adjudication model. Ms. Chen is well-versed in judicial adjudication rules and is experienced in handling new types of information technology disputes related to the internet. She has concluded thousands of disputes.

Before joining JunHe, Ms. Chen served for many years as the Litigation Director and Compliance Expert in the core business sector of the Alibaba Group. She has accumulated vast experience in industries such as electronic information, data, and high-tech and possesses a unique 'judicial and industrial' perspective. Ms. Chen skillfully integrates commercial logic, technical know-how and judicial rules to achieve an effective balance between legal risk and commercial gain.

Ms. Chen has handled numerous cases involving data asset disputes, unfair competition, intellectual property rights, and complex regulatory litigation. These include the case of unfair competition involving the high-level data crawling of a well-known Internet map service provider's traffic index, which resulted in a high compensation of over ten million was awarded.The first judicial case of POI (Point of Interest) trademark infringement.A series of disputes over the liability and regulatory penalties of aggregation platforms.A well-known Internet content platform by DLNA  hijacking traffic unfair competition case.Disputes related to data error infringing upon consumers' rights and interests case.Ms. Chen also handled a case of unfair competition involving mobile phone manufacturer manipulating the phone's  underlying system to change user setting without permission,and a case of rights protection for the first release of a popular self-produced drama,etc.These cases have all had a profound impact on clarifying industry rules and standardizing industry practices.
