Mr. Qinyi Song started practicing law in 2014 and joined JunHe in 2021. He specializes in capital markets, mergers and acquisitions and PE/VC.
Mr. Song has extensive experience in the pre-IPO investment and financing of enterprises, domestic and overseas listings, post-listing capital operations and employee equity incentives. He has provided legal services to clients including state-owned enterprises, private enterprises and private equity funds.
His practice areas include semiconductors, advanced manufacturing, biomedicine, new energy, Internet technology, chemicals and mining.
