Ms. Jing Li joined JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2015. She specializes in capital markets, public offerings, pre-IPO investments and restructurings, mergers and acquisitions, cross border acquisitions and investments, private equity / venture capital investment and private equity fund formation. Ms. Li also has extensive experience in equity incentives, fund manager registration, trusts and ABS.

Ms. Li has acted for a variety of domestic enterprises' overseas listings, private equity / venture capital funds, multinational corporations and state-owned enterprises. These projects include domestic and foreign investments, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and reorganizations. She has participated in the design of corporate structures, negotiated investment and financing transactions, drafted transaction documents, conducted legal due diligence, issued legal opinions and carried out legal research. Ms. Li also provides legal consulting services for the fundraising, investment, management and exit of private equity / venture capital funds, drafts and amends transaction documents for the formation and investment of private funds and assists with fund registration and private fund manager registration.

Ms. Li's clients cover a wide range of industries, including new energy, semiconductors, biomedicine, medical devices, advanced manufacturing, retail, media, consumer goods and real estate.
