Ms. Zhang joined JunHe in 2016 and is based in the Beijing office.
She provides comprehensive lifecycle legal services to a diverse range of financial institutions, including group companies, insurance companies, reinsurance companies, insurance asset management companies, insurance intermediaries, and other insurance-related entities. Her clients also include trust companies, consumer finance companies, pension management companies, enterprise annuity management companies, and a wide range of financial and quasi-financial institutions.
Her expertise includes establishment and M&A, fund utilization, governance and compliance, risk resolution and organizational restructuring.
Ms. Zhang also has experience in foreign investment, M&As, private financing, and general corporate legal services for non-financial enterprises.
Ms. Zhang earned her LL.B and LL.M from Tsinghua University.
Ms. Zhang is a member of the Beijing Bar Association.
