Ms. Xiaoying Tian joined JunHe in 2016 and is based in our Beijing office. Her main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, real estate and construction works, special situations investing, financing, and international trade. Ms. Tian has represented many well-known financial institutions, commercial real estate companies, offshore real estate funds and hotel management groups. She is experienced in real estate development and acquisition, financing, the incorporation of joint venture companies, the operation of real estate projects and real estate disputes. Ms. Tian has also provided legal advice to real estate companies with respect to their general company matters, and in 2022 she was selected as a recommended lawyer by The Legal 500.
