Ms. Jingling Gu specializes in capital market transactions including private equity investments, initial public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.

She has extensive experience in private equity deals and has represented clients in their private equity investments in China, the United States and other regions. Ms. Gu has represented leading companies in the areas of bio-pharmaceuticals, automobiles, TMT, cross-border e-commerce, digital marketing, FMCG, cosmetics, logistics, games, SaaS, cloud services and fin-tech.

In the area of M&As, Ms. Gu’s notable deals include Advent International’s acquisition of Wagas Group, BioDuro and Sundia, and Uxin Group’s sale of its product line and  underlying business and assets to 58.com Cenic Media in its acquisition of Dark Horse.

Ms. Gu is also experienced in initial public offerings. She was actively involved in the listing of Atour Group (ATAT.US) on the Nasdaq, Yalla Group (YALA.US) on the New York Stock Exchange, Uxin Limited (UXIN.US) on the Nasdaq, LAIX Inc. (LAIX.US) on the New York Stock Exchange, LIZHI INC. (LIZI.US) on the New York Stock Exchange, Lion Group (LGHL.US) on the Nasdaq via a SPAC merger, and the follow-on offerings of MHUA (MHUA.US) and CASI Pharmaceuticals (CASI.US).
