Ms. Jinghe Guo has extensive experience in the fields of data compliance, cybersecurity, personal information protection and privacy, TMT, artificial intelligence, e-commerce and foreign investment. Her clients include electronic and internet companies, consumer goods and luxury brands, medical and health enterprises, traditional and smart vehicle companies, financial institutions, energy companies and multinational corporations, as well as foreign-invested and domestic enterprises.

Ms. Guo provides comprehensive cybersecurity and personal information compliance assessments, filings and overall compliance for cross-border data transfers. She  advises on artificial intelligence compliance and assists clients in algorithm and large model filings. Ms. Guo has given advice and  practical legal opinions for app launches, the setup and deployment of IT infrastructure, cloud resources and data systems, data resource utilization, targeted advertising, internal investigations, data breaches, and new medical device research and development. She has drafted agreements and assisted clients in negotiations. Ms. Guo has also undertaken data compliance, due diligence and transaction document review services for the investment and financing of emerging technology companies.

Ms. Guo co-authored the China section of the Wolters Kluwer Global Privacy and Security Law reference book.
