Ms. Mai has extensive experience in civil and commercial business. With expertise in commercial litigation and arbitration, combined with a diversified professional background and business training, she provides legal services at different stages of a company's operations. She offers multi-dimensional dispute resolution solutions across various industries, including finance, the internet, high technology, real estate, pharmaceuticals, and film and entertainment.
Ms. Mai represents Chinese and foreign enterprises in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration cases before Chinese courts and arbitration institutions. She is particularly skilled in disputes related to financial products such as trusts, investment and financing agreements, corporate equity and internal control disputes, and issues related to listed companies. Ms. Mai has handled many family wealth inheritance matters, providing comprehensive wealth inheritance services to individuals and legal business support to financial institutions.
