Ms. Zhen (Lily) Sun joined JunHe’s Shanghai office in 2014 and specializes in corporate and M & As.
Ms. Sun has represented many multinational companies, as well as Chinese listed companies in their merger and acquisition projects, joint venture transactions, and strategic investment projects. She has advised many leading companies (including Fortune 500 enterprises) on their general corporate matters and complex commercial issues across a variety of industries including automobiles, food & nutrition, healthcare, logistics and retail.
Ms. Sun has been selected as one of JunHe’s Outstanding Associates for many years. She has served as a team leader in several important and challenging deals. Many of these deals have been highly recognized by ALB, IFLR Asia Award, China Law & Practice and other media.
