Mr. Bai’s main business areas are corporate reorganization, liquidation, debt restructuring, bankruptcy derivative litigation and corporate mergers and acquisitions. He has hosted or participated in projects covering the reorganization of listed companies, the merger and reorganization of large non-listed companies and their affiliates, and the major asset restructuring of listed companies, involving industries such as steel, shipbuilding, papermaking, cement, real estate, auto parts and photovoltaics.
Mr. Bai has participated in the reorganization of Guangxia Yinchuan (Industrial), the reorganization of Sichuan Jinding (Group), the reorganization of Jiangsu Zhongda and its affiliates and the reorganization of Wuxi Suntech Power. He has also participated in the reorganization of Shandong Qunxing Paper and its affiliates, the liquidation of Leshan Ledian Tianwei Silicon Technology, the liquidation of Wuhan Nanhua Express Ship Engineering and the reorganization of Tianjin Bohai Iron and Steel Group. Mr. Bai has been involved with Yinyi and its parent company Yinyi Group's series of reorganization cases, the non-public issuance of Fu Lin Yunye, Cathay Pacific’s investment projects and Yuanxin Huiheng’s series of special asset management plans.
