Mr. Yinchu Xiahou has been practicing law since 2011. Prior to joining JunHe in 2019, he practiced at one of the top Chinese law firms. Mr. Xiahou has a deep understanding of the pressures and risks faced by Chinese entrepreneurs, as well as the demand for the services of sponsors, lawyers and accountants.

Mr. Xiahou practices in the areas of  capital market business (domestic and overseas IPO, listed company M&A， acquisition/refinancing/information disclosure compliance, Chinese SEC administrative investigation and false statement litigation),  corporate M&A (industrial M&A and financial investment, cross-border M&A) and private equity investment/start-ups (private funds, financing on behalf of start-ups, ownership structure and ESOP design at various stages of start-up and investment dispute resolution).

To date, he has helped dozens of companies to be listed. In the last three years, Mr. Xiahou has served clients in industries such as ICs, green energy, medicine, chemical, machinery, the internet, transportation and aerospace. These have included mega-conglomerates as well as start-up unicorns.

Mr. Xiahou has rich experience in drafting entire A-share IPO prospectus, including business and technology, and management discussion chapters, and has been employed by issuers and sponsors to draft entire A-share IPO prospectus and participate in the feedback and reply of the corresponding contents.

Due to his clients’ trust and his in-depth understanding of capital markets, Mr. Xiahou has dealt with many complex economic disputes and white-collar crimes.
