Mr. Jian Shen joined JunHe in 2012. He provides a wide range of legal services for corporations including state-owned, private and multinational companies and private equity firms.
At JunHe, Mr. Shen’s practice focuses on public offerings and private placements in domestic and overseas stock markets. He has expertise in the restructuring of listed companies, cross-border industry mergers and acquisitions and private equity investment. Mr. Shen also provides daily consulting services and expert advice to companies.
Mr. Shen has experience across a wide spectrum of industry sectors such as TMT, clean energy, retail, automobiles, life sciences and healthcare, manufacturing and public utilities.
