Ms. Wu Ling joined JunHe LLP in 2022 as counsel.
Before joining JunHe, Ms. Wu practiced in a Shanghai first-tier administrator firm, engaging in bankruptcy-reorganization, dispute resolution and non-performing assets related legal businesses. Her bankruptcy and reorganization services covered bankruptcy restructuring, debt restructuring, bankruptcy liquidation, compulsory liquidation, self-liquidation, pre-restructuring and other legal matters. Her dispute resolution services covered corporate commercial litigations and bankruptcy derivative litigations. She has led and/or participated in the handling of more than 50 bankruptcy-reorganization and dispute resolution cases. She has won many awards due to her excellent performance in such cases, including the 2020 Shanghai Bankruptcy Court Typical Case and the 2021 Shanghai Bankruptcy Court Excellent Performance Case.
Before practicing law as a full-time lawyer, Ms. Wu was a lecturer in the East China University of Political Science and Law (ECUPL) for 15 years.
In addition, Ms. Wu is the part-time Deputy Secretary General, a member of the Business Training and External Exchange Committee, and a member of the Supervision and Rights Protection Committee, of the Shanghai Association of Bankruptcy Administrators, and a member of the Bankruptcy and Non-performing Assets Business Research Committee of the Shanghai Bar Association.
