Professional Experience

Mr. Yanan Hu has more than 20 years of judicial experience and his practice areas include: corporate, securities, contracts, labor disputes, marriage and family law and other civil and commercial arbitration and litigation. He also provides legal services for the internal governance of companies.


Mr. Hu has years of experience in litigation and arbitration and is familiar with the process of the court cases:  he understands the client's demands, the risks involved in all types of cases and is especially familiar with the thinking way of judge. He keeps abreast of the latest developments in dispute trials and judicial trends, in order to provide his clients with the best dispute solutions.


Mr. Hu has provided high-quality and efficient legal services to many investment and securities companies, private equity funds and other domestic and foreign institutions.
