ZHANG, Wan Counsel

Professional Experience

Ms. Zhang joined JunHe’s labor law practice in 2014. Since then, she has represented numerous clients in labor dispute arbitration and litigation, as well as compliance investigations, crisis management, and mass lay-offs. Her clients include multinational and local companies engaged in the pharmaceutical, chemical, banking, securities manufacturing, IT, airline, and education sectors.


Ms. Zhang was admitted to the All-China Bar Association in 2004 and the New York State Bar in 2012. 


Before joining JunHe, Ms. Zhang practiced as a senior associate at AllBright Law Offices, the international legal department of Dacheng Law Firm (Shanghai), and Shanghai Shen Hua Law Firm. Prior to her legal practice, Ms. Zhang was an employment recruiter and a trademark agent.
