Mr. Pan Yue joined JunHe’s Beijing office in 2013 and specialises in private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, IPOs and restructuring.

Mr. Pan has experience in complex capital market and M&A projects, particularly in project structuring, due diligence, the drafting of transaction documents, negotiations and the issuance of legal opinion. He has handled many projects in respect to PE investment, the introduction of strategic investors and restructuring and investment withdrawal. Mr. Pan provides legal services regarding operational compliance for state-owned enterprises and financial institutions.
