Professional Experience

Ms. Yu Gu joined JunHe in 2010 and is based in their Beijing office.  She specializes in corporate and M&A, private equity/venture capital, foreign direct investment, outbound investment, cybersecurity and data protection and compliance investigation. Ms. Gu has extensive experience in a wide spectrum of industrial sectors, including telecom, internet, technology, banking and finance, insurance, energy and chemical, real estate, education, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.


Ms. Gu has advised state-owned commercial banks, global private equity and venture capital firms, and prestigious enterprises in the telecom, internet and technology sectors. She has also advised multinational corporations in the energy, chemical, insurance, pharmaceutical and real estate sectors.


Before joining JunHe, Ms. Gu worked in New York from 2008 to 2009 with Primary Capital LLC. She was based in the Investment Banking Department as a financial advisor for Chinese companies involved in IPOs, reverse mergers and financing in the U.S.
