LIANG, Chunjuan (Virginia) Partner

Professional Experience

Ms. Liang joined JunHe in May 2016 and presently works in the Shanghai office. She has over ten years experience working with top European and Chinese law firms, including DS Avocats and King & Wood Mallesons.


Ms. Liang is experienced in cross-border and domestic investment transactions. She has participated in the structuring and completion of many complicated cross-border and domestic M&A, restructuring and assets divestment transactions and has successfully led and completed a number of reputed PE/VC funds’ investments both inside China and overseas. In addition, she has extensive experience in advising Chinese companies in their outbound investments. Ms. Liang has represented Chinese companies in their investments in the US, Canada, Europe, South America and Africa and is particularly experienced in the pharmaceutical, automobile, real estate, IT and manufacturing industries.
