Mrs. ZHU Yan is a counsel in Shanghai office. Mrs. Zhu started practicing law in 1989 and joined JunHe in October 2003. Before joining JunHe, Mrs. Zhu spent 4 years in a law office in Dalian, China and 1 year in a law firm in Michigan, USA, and worked with several consulting companies in Vancouver, Canada as a consultant.
Ms. Zhu has represented leading multi-nationals, leading Chinese state-owned enterprises as well as Chinese private companies in M&A transactions, foreign direct investment projects, corporate matters and complex commercial deals. She has extensive transactional experience in relation to industries such as automotive industry, pharmaceutical industry, O2O, commercial retail, port, manufacture, natural resources and hotel management.
