Mr. Wang practices on M&A, capital markets and banking & finance matters and has worked on a large number of domestic and cross-border transactions. Before joining JunHe, Mr. Wang worked at the Beijing offices of U.K., U.S. and PRC firms. Mr. Wang is a partner at JunHe.
