Mr. Adam Li, A JunHe Partner, Spoke As A Guest Lecturer At Santa Clara University

On September 28, 2015, Mr. Adam Li, a JunHe partner spoke at Santa Clara University, School of Law, on the draft Chinese Foreign Investment Law as a guest lecturer by Prof. Anna Hann.

 

Mr. Adam Li is a leading M&A lawyer named by Chambers & Partners, China Law & Practice, among many others, for more than a decade. He currently splits his time between Shanghai and SV offices. Mr. Li regularly speaks on Chinese law in various occasions, including one at Stanford Law School in May, one in New York City at Wachtell offices in June, and another one in Hong Kong at a regional meeting of International Bar Association on September 1.
