On June 13, 2025, JunHe officially announced the opening of its 15th branch office in Bayu, Chongqing. The Chongqing office is led by JunHe partner Mr. HE, Tingcai (Lawrence HO) who has practiced law for almost 15 years. Before expanding his practice to the Chengdu-Chongqing market, Mr. He worked in our Shanghai office for nearly a decade, specializing in domestic and overseas listings, private equity financing, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, the transactions of listed companies, employee equity incentives and regular company counseling. He has extensive experience in complex transaction structuring and legal risk management throughout the corporate lifecycle, and provides high-end, complex, and cross-border legal services.
