JunHe has recently promoted seven lawyers to legal consultants. They are based in JunHe’s Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou offices, and their expertise covers corporate and mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, foreign investment, labor law, intellectual property, capital markets and dispute resolution.
Beijing Head Office
Ms. Li Ran graduated from University of International Business and Economics with dual bachelor's degrees in Law and Management (Accounting major). She joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in M&A, private equity and venture capital, and foreign investment. Ms. Li has extensive experience in TMT, new energy, manufacturing technology and banking.
Mr. Yuan Yuheng has a Bachelor of Economics from Wuhan University of Technology, a Bachelor of Laws from Wuhan University, and a Master of Laws from the University of Southern California. Since joining JunHe in 2022, Mr. Yuan has specialized in cross-border dispute resolution with expertise in international civil and commercial litigation, overseas arbitration, international trade of goods, high-tech services, and technology licensing.
Shanghai Office
Ms. Lu Zhen (Jane) graduated from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and the College of William and Mary in the United States, and obtained a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Laws, and a Master of Laws. She joined JunHe in 2011 and specializes in employment law and related compliance. Ms. Lu has extensive experience in human resource related compliance, data privacy compliance, ESG and other labor and employment law related areas.
Mr. Han Wenji graduated from Southwest University of Political Science & Law and Seoul National University of Korea with a Bachelor of Management, a Bachelor of Laws and a Master of Laws. Prior to joining JunHe in 2021, Mr. Han Wenji worked in Korea for nearly 10 years, and he specializes in Korean business matters.
Mr. Min Sensen obtained a Bachelor of Engineering from Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics and a Master of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law. He joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in intellectual property due diligence, patent prosecution, patent invalidity and litigation. Mr. Min has experience in industries such as medical devices, integrated circuits, software and intelligent manufacturing.
Mr. Yu Xiang graduated from College of Polymer Science and Engineering, Sichuan University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Engineering. In 2007 he graduated from East China University of Political Science & Law with a Juris Master. Mr. Yu joined JunHe in 2014 and specializes in intellectual property law with experience in IP dispute resolution, IP compliance, and IP transactions.
Guangzhou Office
Mr. Ye Jianxin received his Bachelor of Laws and Master of Laws from Southwest University of Political Science & Law. He joined JunHe in 2015 and specializes in capital market, corporate and M&A. Mr. Ye has extensive experience in A-share IPOs, M&A of listed companies and private equity and venture capital investments.
