On August 28, 2020, Suzhou Green Harmonic Transmission Technology Co., Ltd. (“Green Harmonic” or the “Company”), the Issuer (whose lawyer is JunHe) was listed on the science and technology innovation board (STAR) of the Shanghai Stock Exchange under the stock code of 688017. Green Harmonic issued 27542939 A-share new shares at an issue price of RMB 35.06 per share.
As the first STAR board listed company in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City, Green Harmonics is a high-tech enterprise specialized in the research and development, design, production and sales of precision transmission devices, including harmonic reducers, electromechanical actuators and precision components. The Company’s products are widely used in high-end manufacturing fields such as industrial robots, service robots, numerically-controlled machine tools, aerospace, medical treatment, semiconductor production equipment and new energy equipment. After years of continuous research and development input, the Company has taken the lead in realizing the industrial production and large-scale application of harmonic reducers in the country, breaking the monopoly of international brands in the field of robot harmonic reducers.
JunHe as the issuer’s counsel for this transaction, provided the Company with legal services throughout the entire process of A-share listing of the Company, assisted the Company in rectification of key legal issues and restructuring and establishment of the joint- stock Company in a short period of time and assisted the Company in successfully completing the filing for listing on STAR board; with respect to inquiries from the Stock Exchange and China Securities Regulatory Commission, JunHe team assisted the Company to give high-quality and efficient reply to and obtain the approval from regulatory authorities.
