On May 8, 2026, China Legal Education and Career Seminar Series (CLECSS) announced the results of its Top Ten Outstanding Young Legal Professionals (Lawyer Group). JunHe partner LI, Shengjie (Selina) was named on the list.


Ms.LI, Shengjie (Selina) has over 10 years' experience. Her main practice areas are mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments and general corporate matters in core industries such as energy, automotive, telecommunications, chemicals and commercial retail. She has extensive practical experience in foreign investment, representing well-known multinational companies. Ms. Li provides specialized legal support throughout the entire lifecycle of their operations in China from establishment, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, capital reduction, liquidation to investment exit. She aligns her clients' long-term strategic goals and offers pragmatic and feasible professional solutions in key areas such as transaction structure design and risk control in transaction documents.

She has led and completed major projects involving the establishment of overseas companies and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. Additionally, she focuses on assisting enterprises in building systematic overseas compliance management systems, ensuring the steady and long-term development of their overseas operations. Ms. Li has led the construction of comprehensive overseas compliance frameworks including antitrust, anti-bribery, export control, anti-sanctions, tax and overseas investment. She also provides tailored compliance risk mitigation solutions for highly regulated industries and major overseas business lines, helping enterprises balance business development with compliance boundaries and explore sustainable development paths with controllable risks. Ms. Li also has extensive practical experience in investment and financing, foreign investment national security reviews and commercial franchising. She has long focused on emerging industries such as the low-altitude economy, providing clients with specialized legal services.
