On April 21, 2021, Asian Legal Business (ALB) published their “Employer of Choice (China)” awards. JunHe was honored for the 12th year and won this special honor again.

The ALB Employer of Choice is an anonymous survey undertaken by employees of law firms in the region. Survey respondents are asked to consider areas such as management structure, compensation and benefits, pay transparency, vocational training and promotion. It also asks questions such as development opportunities within the law firm, the balance between the company’s interests and the employees’ interests, the cultural atmosphere, IT support and professionalism in the administrative service. The survey results show the best employer in the legal profession based on this employee feedback. JunHe was honored on the list for the 12th year.
