Recently, the legal media journal GRCD announced its Annual China Outbound Business List, and JunHe was featured on the list. With profound legal expertise and rich practical experience, he has provided precise and efficient legal services to numerous well-known domestic and international enterprises. Ms. TANG, Yue has led major projects such as China Harbour's investment in the Colombo Port City project in Sri Lanka, China Road and Bridge's Bangladesh Industrial Park project, the construction of Changan Automobile's global compliance system, and overseas factory establishment and automotive sales logistics company projects for Changan Automobile and GAC Group, as well as Changan Mazda's EU data compliance for exports. With keen risk prevention awareness and pragmatic, efficient solutions, he has assisted enterprises achieve steady progress in cross-border investments. Mr. Tang was invited by the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products to explain and introduce outbound legal and compliance risks to member enterprises. Due to his outstanding performance, he was awarded ALB's Client Choice Top 20 Lawyer and he has been consistently listed as a recommended lawyer by the authoritative media journal Legal 500 for many years.
Dr. ZHANG, Yipeng (Alan) has a strong foundation in representing Chinese enterprises going global. As the lead lawyer, Dr. Zhang has handled major strategic investment projects under the Belt and Road framework, including China Huadian's first new energy acquisition project in Central Asia, the Sheli Photovoltaic Project in Kazakhstan, and State Power Investment Corporation's first distributed photovoltaic greenfield investment project in Vietnam. He also handled the largest infrastructure project in Aceh, Indonesia, the China Datang Meulaboh Power Plant Project, and CITIC's Myanmar Deep Sea Port Development Project. With strategic legal advice and comprehensive legal service capabilities, he has safeguarded enterprises venturing abroad. Dr. Zhang provides long-term legal consulting services, including foreign-related compliance and dispute resolution, to several large enterprises, demonstrating his excellent professional qualities and solid legal foundation. Before joining JunHe, Dr. Zhang accumulated years of experience working at top international law firms. He has been named ALB's China Client Choice Lawyer and was included in the Beijing Lawyers Association Foreign-related Lawyer Talent Pool List.
