With more than 13-years' experience as a pioneering force among young lawyers, Mr. Cui Jiakun specializes in investment funds, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and the application of insurance funds. He has participated in major innovative projects that have had a profound impact on China's venture capital industry. Mr. Cui has been recommended many times by legal media publications such as Legal 500, IFLR 1000, and China Business Law Journal (CBLJ). His notable projects include assisting Trustbridge Partners in establishing a succession restructuring fund and a cross-border investment project for a global leading consumer chain enterprise, assisting Sinopec Capital in completing Hollysys' privatization project in the US, and assisting in the establishment of the largest industrial investment fund project in China to date.
