Ms. Hao Tian is a   partner in JunHe's Beijing office. She specializes in handling corporate   disputes including equity transfer disputes, corporate control disputes,   disputes over damage to company interests and shareholder derivative actions.   Ms. Hao also has experience in disputes over the return of corporate seals   and licenses, disputes related to valuation adjustment mechanisms and   performance compensation, and financial loan disputes.

Ms. Hao has   represented clients in civil and commercial dispute cases before the Supreme   People's Court, the high people's courts and the lower courts in Beijing,   Shanghai, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shandong, Zhejiang, Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu and   other provinces and municipalities. She has represented clients before the   China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the   Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), the Shanghai International Economic and   Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC) and the Wuhan Arbitration Commission   (WHAC). A dispute on behalf of a Cayman Islands company represented by Ms.   Hao concerning liability for damage to shareholder interests was subject to   first-instance jurisdiction of the Second International Commercial Court of   the Supreme People's Court, due to its significant impact and typical   significance. Her professional capabilities have been recognized by her clients   and the wider legal industry.

Ms. Hao has also provided   perennial legal counsel, special legal advisory services and other legal   services to dozens of large state-owned enterprises and their subsidiaries,   listed companies, and private enterprises.

Ms. Hao previously served as a member of the Litigation Business Research   Committee of the Chaoyang District Lawyers Association.
